§ 2-7. City council: Meetings.

The city council shall hold at least two (2) regular meetings every month at such time as it may prescribe by ordinance or otherwise. The mayor or any three (3) councilors may call special meetings. All meetings of the city council shall be open to the public, except those private meetings allowed by state law, and the journal of proceedings shall be open to public inspection.
