§ 9-1. Gender specific language.

Latest version.

When the masculine gender is used in this Charter, it shall also mean the feminine unless the masculine alone is clearly indicated. All references to the masculine gender shall be removed from the charter, and, if appropriate, replaced by a gender-neutral term.
