§ 10-581. Required.

No person shall engage in, carry on or conduct the business of installing electrical wiring or permanent electrical apparatus in the city, or outside the city if electricity is supplied by the city, unless he has been duly licensed by the state to do so under the Electrical License Act, 59 O.S. § 1680 et seq.
