§ 12-336. Regulatory fees.

Every state licensed pawnbroker operating within the city, on or before each July 1 of each year, shall pay the city clerk a regulatory fee of $50.00 as the annual fee for the succeeding calendar year. At the time of paying said fee, the pawnbroker shall also furnish the city clerk with a copy of its current state license.
