§ 12-381. Regulations.

(a)

No public domino parlor or card parlor shall be operated in the same premises or place where alcoholic beverages are sold.

(b)

No public domino parlor or card parlor shall be operated, or patrons permitted to be in such parlors, between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day. Such parlors shall not be opened at all on Sunday.
