Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 16-8. Misrepresentation of age by false document.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of violating any ordinance of the city to willfully and knowingly misrepresent his age by presenting a false document purporting to state his true age.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate any ordinance of the city to lend or give any document to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another for the purpose of misrepresenting the latter's age.
