§ 18-130. Storing, parking, etc.

  • (a)

    No person shall park, store, leave, or permit the parking, storing, or leaving of a junk motor vehicle, whether attended or not, upon any private property within the city for a period in excess of ten days. Each and every day such vehicle is parked, stored or left shall be deemed a separate offense.

    (b)

    This section shall not apply to any vehicle in an enclosed building, a vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise which is properly operated in the appropriate business zone pursuant to chapter 23, land development code, to a vehicle being restored or repaired when reasonable progress is being made, or when any such vehicle has been placed in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner.
