§ 20-26. Interference.

  • The operations of the fire department in connection with extinguishing any fire or other emergency shall not be obstructed. Lawful commands of the fire chief or officer of the fire department in charge of such a scene, or any part thereof, or any police officer assisting the fire department, shall not be disobeyed. Violation of this section shall be a Class B offense.
