§ 29-229. Special speed limitation.

No person shall operate any motorcycle, motor-driven cycle or moped at a speed greater than the speed limit legally posted; provided, however, in no event nor at any time may an operator under the age of 16 years operate a motorcycle or motor scooter at a speed greater than permitted by state law.
