§ 2-527. Structure.

The department of transportation shall include divisions with jurisdiction and responsibility over the following functions:

(1)

Operation and maintenance of the city's street, sidewalk, traffic control and storm drainage systems;

(2)

Management of capital improvement projects for the same systems; and

(3)

Management of public rights-of-way, roadway easements and drainage easements.
