§ 31-35. Costs upon judgment of conviction.

  • If a judgment of conviction is entered, the clerk of the court, upon order of the judge, shall tax the fees and mileage of witnesses and jurors, if called, court costs not to exceed the sum of $30.00, and any fine that may be imposed, to the defendant.
