§ 33-96. Exemption.

No fishing license shall be required, upon showing positive proof of the following:

(1)

Any person under 16 years of age; any person over 65 years of age;

(2)

Any disabled person with 60 percent or more disability; and

(3)

Any totally blind person and one companion accompanying same while the blind person is fishing.
