The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Parade
means any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant or procession of any
kind, or any similar display, in or upon any street, park or other public place.
