§ 37-64. Traffic control and warning signals required.

The permit holder shall be responsible for maintaining compliance with traffic control plans, excavation safety plans, and other work site safety practices around such work in such a manner as to protect pedestrians, animals, and vehicles. The permit holder shall provide, at a minimum, all traffic controls in acceptable condition specified for the circumstances by the most recent revision of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, as published by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. Permit holder shall inspect and maintain traffic control devices daily throughout the permit period.
