§ 37-101. Standard permit conditions.
(a)
Permit conditions. The following standard requirements shall apply to all permits:
(1)
All work shall be conducted in accordance with the Stillwater Standards;
(2)
All restorative work shall be performed by the permit holder under the supervision of the city.
(3)
All work that exposes city-owned facilities shall be performed under the supervision of the city.
(4)
Permit holder shall provide notices to all affected utilities and customers of any interruption of service or of any access across their property. Permit holder shall also notify adjacent residents of utility or road work in the vicinity. Arrangements for utility service interruptions shall be made in accordance with each utility's established procedure. Notices shall particularly be provided for:
a.
Water service interruption;
b.
Electric service interruption;
c.
Roadway closure;
d.
Any required site or property access;
(b)
Designated construction routes shall be identified with the traffic control plan and shall be utilized by all parties performing the work or supplying the material for the work.
