§ 37-132. Permit required.

No person shall cut or remove curbing on, or construct a driveway having access to, a dedicated public street without first securing a permit from the city engineer, who shall determine and approve the appropriate curb cut access within the guidelines of this section, this Code and any other applicable standards.
