§ 39-91. Confidentiality of records.

The confidential and privileged nature of records and files concerning the administration of the sales tax levied by this article is legislatively recognized and declared and to protect the same, the provisions of 68 O.S. § 205 and each subsection thereof is hereby adopted by reference and made fully effective and applicable to administration of the city sales tax as if set forth herein.
