§ 41-83. Maintenance bond.

Before the acceptance of any public improvement for maintenance by the city council, a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract and for a period of one year will be filed with the city clerk to ensure the correction of any defect in materials or workmanship that may be found in the improvement.
