§ 41-110. Police powers extended to areas served by city water.

All police powers of the city and all ordinances relating to health and rules and regulations pertaining to sewage, sewage control and water pollution control of the city, together with all laws and regulations of the state relating to health, sewers and sewage control of cities shall apply to all lands within the corporate limits and all lands, properties and parcels which receive, purchase, and are supplied water by the city.
