§ 41-654. Collection fees.

The city shall provide garbage and trash collection, removal and disposition service for the dwellings, businesses, organizations and activities at such rates and under such terms and conditions as the mayor and city council shall determine by resolution. A resolution setting rates or altering terms and conditions shall be adopted after a public hearing and shall be published in the same manner as an ordinance before becoming effective.
