§ 41-694. Rates.

Latest version.

The rates charged to customers of the Stillwater Electric Utility for electric service shall be the most recent adopted standard rate schedules currently on file and authorized for use by the Board of Trustees of the Stillwater Utilities Authority. Not less than three copies of said standard rate schedules are to be filed in the office of the city clerk, for the city, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as fully as if set out at length herein.
