§ 41-696. Service to be metered.

It shall be unlawful for any person to receive or use electric current from the city's electric distribution system which has not passed through a meter which meets all city specifications. The city shall have the right to enter upon premises to inspect, repair, adjust and read electric meters and the wires of the city connected thereto.
