§ 12-383. Application.

  • Before any person is granted a license to conduct or operate a card parlor or domino parlor, he shall file application with the director of finance, giving the location where the parlor or room is to be conducted and stating whether or not the applicant, owner, or any employee has ever been convicted of crime involving moral turpitude, and pay to the director of finance a fee of $100.00 to be refunded to the applicant if the license is denied.
