§ 20-139. Permit fees.

The fee for permits shall be:

(1)

Bonfires: $25.00.

(2)

Campfires: $25.00.

(3)

Ceremonial fires: $25.00.

(4)

Land clearing operations for the specific purpose of clearing land for construction: $50.00 and a $350.00 deposit, to which the fire marshal's office will charge time against for responding to complaints on said burn.

(5)

Prevention or control of disease or pests: $25.00.

(6)

Fire department training: $0.00.

(7)

Elimination of hazards: $25.00.

(8)

Maintenance of agricultural and land parcels five acres or greater: $25.00.
