§ 20-141. Burn permit revocation.

The fire department shall retain the authority to revoke any burn permit at any time due to weather conditions, excessive and justifiable complaints, non compliance with this ordinance, and any time it is deemed in the best interest of the city. Permit fees will be returned in cases where the revocation is based on conditions outside the control of the owner or agent of the owner.
