§ 31-1. Scope and conflicts.

This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal court not of record of the city as put into operation by Resolution No. 1-1969, passed on January 6, 1969, and filed in accordance with law, as authorized by 11 O.S. §§ 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of this city, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
