§ 33-5. Possession of alcohol or drugs.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in any city park while such person shall have in his possession or under his control any intoxicating liquor or intoxicating beverage of any kind, except as authorized in chapter 3.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in any city park while such person shall knowingly or intentionally have in his possession any controlled dangerous substance punishable as a misdemeanor under the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, 63 O.S. § 2-101 et seq.
