§ 37-67. Landscaping.

Latest version.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit landscaping in those portions of the public ways not required for purposes of public travel. All landscaping within the public way shall be the responsibility of the owner of the abutting property and shall be subject to removal by the city or its designee.
