The police power of the city is hereby extended over all lands embraced within the
water district created herein, and it is hereby declared that the jurisdiction of
the city, the city council, the courts, and all proper officers of the city, in fullest
degree conformable with law, extends over and applies to such water district described
in section 41-76 for the protection of the health of the inhabitants and purity of the water supply
of the city.
