§ 41-647. Same—Damaging, relocating or interfering with use.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to damage or otherwise interfere with the use of any trash or garbage container, or metal refuse container, publicly or privately owned, within the corporate limits of the city. No containers may be removed or relocated without permission of the sanitation director, or his authorized representative. It shall be unlawful for any person to use any garbage container owned or used by another person without the permission of the owner or person in possession of such garbage container.
