§ 37-98. Lane rental fee.

Lane rental fee. A lane rental fee shall be charged whenever a street lane is restricted to divert or shift traffic flow for a period exceeding two consecutive calendar days. This fee shall be assessed at a per lane, per day rate established by resolution of the city council, as determined by the date from when street roadway excavation is commenced until the date when the development services director is notified that the excavation has been closed.
